RETURNS
Unfortunately at this moment, no returns or refunds are permitted for online orders. If you receive the wrong item, please email us at support@bellelana.com, include a photo of the item UNOPENED/UNUSED we will then send you a shipping label to have the item(s) returned to us and the correct item will be sent within 5-7 business days.
EXCEPTIONS For defective or damaged products, please contact us via email at support@bellelana.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after 3-4 weeks of consistent use, please send us an email at support@bellelana.com. Include order number, date of purchase, and progress pictures for the 3-4 weeks of use.
